AI adoption

Your team already uses AI. Make the company use it.

Today everyone has their own ChatGPT, with no rules and nothing measured. We put it in order: what can be uploaded and what can't, which tool each area uses, how it's used on your company's real cases, and how much time it's saving.

The problem

Using AI is not the same as the company using AI.

Writing emails faster isn't adoption. Paying for licenses isn't either. What's missing is the usual: rules, tools chosen with judgment, training on the real work, and a measurement.

How it shows

  1. Customer data in personal accounts.
  2. Each area with a different tool.
  3. The one who knows how to use it doesn't share it.
  4. Nobody knows if it helps.

Who adopts

The company doesn't adopt AI. People do.

The one who builds the quotes, the one who answers WhatsApp, the one who reads the tenders. If they don't use it on their real work, the policy stays in a drawer and the license stays unopened. That's why everything we do goes through them.

  • The people who do the work

We sit down with them first. They know where time gets lost better than any report.

  • The one who builds the quotes

Two sessions on her real proposals, not a course. By week three she does it on her own.

  • The one who decides what can be uploaded

One page, signed by someone with a name. Without it, everyone decides on their own.

What we do

Four deliverables. None of them is a course.

  1. 01

    Use policy

One page: what data never gets uploaded, which tools are approved, who decides. Ready in week one.

  2. 02

    Tools per area

What admin uses, what sales uses, what production uses. Chosen for the work, not for the brand.

  3. 03

    Training on your cases

Not a generic course: two or three sessions per area, on the emails, proposals and real documents of that area.

  4. 04

    Measurement

A simple metric of usage and time saved, reviewed after a month.

Format

3 to 4 weeks.

depending on the number of areas

It's the easiest thing to say yes to out of everything we do. And it's where the processes worth building later show up. We give the number in the first conversation.

What comes next

Almost always, one of the things that came up in the sessions: a concrete process whose cost is already known and that should run on its own.

One page, in Spanish, adapted to Argentina's data protection law (Ley 25.326). Asks for an email. TODO: decide whether an English, country-neutral version exists

Let's talk

Are we the right fit for your company?

Tell us what's going on and we'll tell you frankly whether we can help, and how.

  • We reply within 24 business hours
  • The first conversation is free
  • We come prepared: you leave with three concrete things for this quarter, whether you continue with us or not.

Rather write?

We use your data only to reply. We don't share it or add you to any list unless you ask.
