What we found
Wholesale orders arrived on WhatsApp in any format: a photo of a list, a voice note, text. One person typed them into the system one by one, and loading errors were discovered at dispatch.

An assistant that handles the wholesale WhatsApp: understands the order however it comes, prices it with the current list, loads it into the system and sends the customer a confirmation. If something doesn't add up, it hands it to a person with the order already built.
